Olive oil Intense 1º · jug 5 L

Same family as the mild one — a blend of refined and virgin — but with a higher proportion of virgin, and therefore more flavour and more acidity: 1°. The refined part brings stability and staying power in the pan; the virgin part brings the olive flavour. The blend is made in the tank and analysed before bottling. This is the everyday cooking oil: sofritos, stews, roasts and repeated frying. Where extra virgin would be money thrown away and the mild one would fall short on flavour.
